Simplified Systems & Automation for Individuals and Small Businesses

Simplify your life.
Focus on what matters.

Stay Simplified improves how you organize your life or business. Our system is built on 3 core pillars: Money, Health, and Systems.

The Solution

Two clear paths, one simple way to get started.

For Individuals

Less clutter. More of your life back.

  • Simplify Your Money: Budgeting, investing, and career/business.
  • Simplify Your Health: Practical routines for sleep, nutrition, and exercise.
  • Simplify Your Systems: Errands, groceries, organization, and automation for life and business.
For Businesses

Empower your business with simplified AI systems

  • AI Implementation: Apply practical AI where it creates real value
  • Automation: Automate invoicing, follow-ups, and data entry that eat up hours every week
  • Connect All Tools: Connect the apps you already use so information flows without copy and paste

How It Works

Assessment then Implementation.

01

Assessment

  • We start with an Assessment to find where time and effort are being wasted, whether in your daily life or your business.
  • If you decide to move forward, the assessment fee is credited toward your project.
02

Implementation

  • Then we put practical solutions in place, such as automation, better organization, and AI tools.
  • Billed on a flexible project or fractional basis.

About

Kyle Pressley, Founder

I'm a U.S. Navy veteran, an electrical and computer engineer, and the founder of Stay Simplified. In the Navy, I led technical teams responsible for complex, mission-critical systems. That taught me that lasting results come from better systems and disciplined execution, not from simply working harder. I bring that same engineering mindset to simplifying everyday life and small business operations.
